Art Fund launches new Teacher Art Pass

25 April 2023

Art Fund, the national charity for art, has launched a new Art Pass for teachers! Providing free entry to hundreds of museums, galleries, and historic houses across the UK, 50% off major exhibitions, and more - all for less than half the price of a regular National Art Pass.

You don't have to be an art teacher to enjoy the Teacher Art Pass

The launch of the Teacher Art Pass is great news for teachers who are looking for ways to inspire and engage their students in or outside the classroom. Teachers play a crucial role in introducing children to the world of art and culture. Visiting museums and galleries can be a fantastic way to make classroom topics more tangible for students. Whether it's an art project, a history lesson, or a science session on the human body, there's bound to be an exhibition or gallery that can help you. Teacher Art Pass offers a great way to save money, so why not use it to explore and research venues you might later wish to visit with your class as part of The Great British School Trip?

Recharge your mind

Teacher Art Pass also provides a great opportunity for personal and professional inspiration. Teachers can use the pass to visit exhibitions and galleries that relate to their subject area or to learn about new artists, exhibitions, and historical and scientific collections. It's a great way for them to recharge and immerse themselves in stimulating experiences in their personal time. This can be particularly helpful for teachers who are looking for inspiration for their lessons.

50 Free Art Passes to be won!

The Great British School Trip has teamed up with Art Fund in connection with our 'Vision of the Future' competition. The first 50 teachers who send 20+ pupil entries to our competition will receive a free Teacher Art Pass (normally from £25). Make sure you encourage your students to enter the competition for your chance to win!

But if you can’t wait and would like a Teacher Art Pass of your own, head over to the Art Pass website to find out more on how you can get free entry to over 250 museums, galleries, and historic houses, as well as 50% off ticket prices at major exhibitions! Plus, you’ll receive:
