Aldborough Roman Site – English Heritage

Aldborough, Boroughbridge, YO51 9ES. England

Book a visit to Aldborough Roman Site and organise your day to suit your curriculum objectives.

Don’t miss the mosaics! Originally 22 were found here but two can be seen on the site. There is an amazing array of everyday Roman objects reflecting life on display in the museum too. Book your visit with a guide from The Friends of Roman Aldborough for access to a bespoke tour of the site, an opportunity to make a mosaic, and a chance to handle some real (and replica) Roman artefacts.

Don’t forget, if you are looking for help with funding the cost of your trip, you can apply for a bursary!
