Geevor Tin Mine and Levant Mine and Beam Engine provides tours and workshops linked to the curriculum based on History, Science, Geography and the arts.
Geevor Tin Mine and Levant Mine and Beam Engine pride themselves on providing interactive experiences including hands-on activities, such as hand-drilling, barrowing, and panning for gems; interactive site tours where they can role-play and explore the site and its contents in-situ; question and answers with their guide; self-exploration, such as in the Hard Rock museum; sensory experience of the underground; as well as through story-telling, artefact handling, demonstrations and led activities.
