Imperial War Museum Duxford

Duxford Airfield, Duxford, CB22 4QR. England

Imperial War Museum Duxford played a central role in the 20th century history – serving as a base for many of the pilots during the WWII. Inside and outside every hangar and exhibition there are hundreds of large aircraft, vehicles, boats and more. Walk around them, inside them, above and below them and get the chance to see aircraft take off from our historic runway. School groups can choose to take part in a variety of learning sessions offering a unique insight into conflict and over a century of aviation.

Don’t forget, if you are looking for help with funding the cost of your trip, you can apply for a bursary!
