Kirkby Gallery is Knowsley’s only professional gallery. It hosts 3 temporary exhibitions per year and is FREE to visit. With all exhibitions comes a set of activities and learning designed for schools. They also offer ‘Teacher First’ preview events for teachers, so they can come and learn about the exhibitions before they open to the public.
Kirby Gallery offers a range of experiences to schools, which include: visits to their temporary exhibitions which always come with a range of learning resources; they can organise artist-led workshops and loans of works of art to schools.
