Magna is a science centre offering unique learning opportunities. It is an amazing building set in the former Templeborough steelworks, where pupils can explore and discover science, technology, design, and steel heritage in an engaging, hands-on environment. Explore their four pavilions – Air, Fire, Water, and Earth. Splash in water, operate a real JCB, marvel at the fire tornado, and even explode a rock face! The fun continues outside with their huge adventure playground and summertime splash park.
Pricing: £6.50 per pupil ex VAT, Workshops £2.50 per pupil ex VAT. Free teacher ratio: 1:6 for primary, 1:10 for secondary. Teachers are welcome to visit for a free teacher preview whenever they are open.
