Pickford’s House – Derby Museums
41 Friar Gate, Derby, DE1 1DA. England
Pickford’s House was the home of an Enlightenment family. The home is where we have our closest relationships where we eat, sleep, and find comfort and love. Behind the doors we express our most intimate feelings, and gather possessions that identify us. Pickford’s House should help us reflect on our own lives. To understand the world and our city, we could first try to know ourselves. They are passionate about involving students to participate freely, explore their curiosity and develop their skills through captivating experiences that keeps them engaged.
