Located in the heart of London, the RA is a place where art is made, exhibited and debated. They offer a range of free activities and resources to support teachers, students and young people to engage with art and artists, both at the RA and back in the classroom.
As part of the Great British School Trip, they offer free entry to Under 16s’ and discounted exhibition tickets for self-guided visits. Schools can visit their Collections Gallery for free and they offer a range of teaching resources, creative activities and in-depth broadcasts suitable for young people of all ages and backgrounds, whether you prefer to look, listen or create.

They welcome self-guided visits and have a range of resources to support schools to engage with their free Collections Gallery and displays. Self-guided visits to our temporary exhibitons are bookable by schools and are free for Under 16s’ and offered at a 50% discounted rate for 16+.
