The Royal College of Physicians (RCP) is the oldest medical college in England. The collections in their care and on display tell the story of the RCP, doctors, and the history of medicine.
Founded in 1518 by King Henry VIII, the RCP has spent over five centuries changing medicine and working for patients and doctors. An independent charity the RCP represents over 40,000 doctors around the world working to improve patient care and reduce illness.
The RCP Museum aims to engage, inspire and entertain people with the history of medicine and the importance of physicians within it.
They offer a free interactive learning session on-site that uses their historic collections to inspire and educate pupils about careers in medicine.

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, but school sessions must be pre-booked
