School Tasking is the hugely successful primary schools outreach project, created at Warwick Law School and now running at 33 universities across the UK and Ireland.
In this show, in the Butterworth Hall at the Warwick Arts Centre, the winning Year 5 teams from the six regional School Tasking finals will battle it out in tasks created by Alex Horne and the School Tasking team in a bid to be crowned the School Tasking Champion of Champions 2025!
Little Alex Horne himself will oversee the competition, with eligible primary schools (over 30% of children receiving Free School Meals) welcome to come along and watch the chaos live from 1-2:30pm in the Butterworth Hall.

What is the Champions of Champions?
The finalist teams from the regional School Tasking finals will be competing in the Champion of Champions show. They will be doing funny and visually appealing tasks alongside Taskmaster creator and star, Alex Horne. Last year there was an audience of around 1,000 children, which were hugely enthusiastic!

Why bring your pupils?
Bring a little bit of joy to your pupils at the end of the summer term / school year. The pupils in the audience will hopefully be inspired to think creatively by seeing how the teams approach the tasks they are set. There is also a good deal of audience participation in the show, with Alex Horne setting tasks for both the children and teachers in the audience. School Tasking as a project is all about skills and this feeds through into the show.
