This museum has been Wales’s most popular heritage attraction for many years. Since 1948, over forty original buildings from different historical periods have been re-erected in the 100-acre parkland, among them houses, a farm, a school, a chapel and a splendid Workmen’s Institute. St Fagans is a people’s museum, where we explore history together through people’s everyday lives.
There is a charge for curriculum focused sessions led by Museum staff.
There are four different prices (excluding VAT):
- For sessions of up to 1 hour for up to 15 pupils – £40
- For sessions of up to 1 hour for up to 35 pupils – £60
- For sessions of up to half a day for up to 35 pupils – £100 Special Educational Needs groups in Wales are eligible for free sessions.
