Self-led groups can explore the Victorian mansion house and estate, including a working kitchen garden. Or, reconnect with nature in their beautiful gardens or woodland plantation.
They also offer several school workshops where pupils will learn about what life was like for servants working in a Victorian household or investigate how their wealthy counterparts lived.
From April – September they also offer two outdoors workshops. Pupils can explore their champion trees and discover how they grow or become plant hunters in their Victorian kitchen garden.

Cost
They are delighted to offer free entry to all schools booking through the Great British School Trip. This includes entry to their Victorian mansion house.
There is an additional fee for their workshops, these range in price from £2.50 per pupil to £5 per pupil.
