Walesby Forest, has welcomed visitors since 1938. The site is an International Outdoor Adventure Activity Centre set in over 250 acres of forest, with over 30 adventure activities and a range of accommodation for a multitude of visitor groups.
Walesby Forest have an exclusive GBST offer of Free Orienteering for 1 group per school. Students will learn how to read maps and follow directions. With a choice of 3 courses you can choose to do a simple short course or more difficult intense course that will test students skills to the limit! Please quote ‘Great British School Trip’ when booking.

Workshops Available
Primary Schools: The key focus with primary school groups is to develop a child’s key skills whether they are year one or year six. For some children this may be the first time they spend away from home so it is important every child is comfortable and has the ability to enjoy every second while they are visiting Walesby Forest.
Secondary Schools: Walesby Forest wants to get students away from their smartphones and tablets and put them out into the open. Their bespoke packages can offer a young student from year 7 to year 13 a range of activities that are designed to build confidence and challenge their thinking and abilities.
