Worcester City Art Gallery & Museum
Foregate Street, Worcester, WR1 1DT. Worcestershire
In this world-class gallery and museum, pupils can immerse themselves in contemporary and historic works of art, see industrial and natural history brought to life through our taught and self-led sessions, and get up close to our collections which include historic military uniforms and a 2.5 meter Sturgeon.
They currently deliver an interactive school session based on Worcester’s gloving Industry, paleontologist Mary Anning and specific self-directed activities focusing on their temporary exhibitions. These change regularly so please get in touch with them to find out more.
They are happy to tailor all visits and activities to your learners, including S.E.N. learners and home-educated groups. Simply mention your additional requirements when you enquire or book with them.
Don’t forget, if you are looking for help with funding the cost of your trip, you can apply for a bursary!
