Set within 27 acres of stunning parkland in the heart of the Peak District National Park, YHA Castleton Losehill Hall is one of YHA’s premier education centres and perfect for schools and groups of all ages.

For younger school groups we offer a range of unique packages including our ever popular History and Geography packages as well as our Discovery, Alex Rider, Multi-Activity packages and astronomy sessions. We pride ourselves in immersing our guests into hands-on learning experiences and not only that, you’ll also find all sorts of surprises including a replica Celtic village, a purpose-built mine, an underground archaeological dig, and we even have our very own Tardis. All our packages deliver quality educational activities throughout the day and evening creating lasting memories for teachers and pupils alike.
