Experience the tremendous atmosphere of this award-winning attraction based on former RAF Elvington, a WWII Bomber Command base, the only such station to be operated by French RAF Bomber Command Squadrons. Immerse yourself in our fascinating displays, such as our Halifax bomber – it is one of only two in the world. Explore the superb Bomber Command exhibition, restored Control Tower, Air Gunners Room, and much more. Their aim is to provide students with information and access to knowledge to meet their needs. Their programmes cover from 1300 through to 1949. Each school visit is tailored to your curriculum to ensure pupils gain the most out of their visit.
