Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. Promoter
    The promoter of this prize draw is Launch PR, Huckletree, 213 Oxford St, London W1D 2LG / We Are Futures, 1–2 Paris Garden, London SE1 8ND, and 26 Dublin Street, Edinburgh EH3 6NN. 
  2. Eligibility
    2.1 The prize draw is open to teachers and school staff aged 18 or over who are currently employed at a UK school, and are registered to the Hyundai Great British School Trip
    2.2 Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, partners involved in The Great British School Trip programme, and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
    2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted. 
  3. How to Enter
    3.1 To enter the prize draw, eligible participants must complete the designated teacher survey linked to The Great British School Trip programme.
    3.2 No purchase is necessary to enter.
    3.3 The survey must be completed in full to qualify.
    3.4 Entries received after the survey closing date of 03/04/26 will not be included in the draw. 
  4. Prize
    4.1 Four (4) winners will each receive a £50 voucher (specific retailer or type of voucher to be confirmed by the Promoter).
    4.2 No cash alternative is available.
    4.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances. 
  5. Winner Selection & Notification
    5.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible completed surveys.
    5.2 The draw will take place within 14 days of the survey closing date.
    5.3 Winners will be notified by email using the contact details provided in the survey.
    5.4 If a winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. 
  6. Data Protection
    6.1 Personal data collected during the survey and prize draw process will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
    6.2 Data will not be shared with third parties except for the purpose of administering the prize.
  7. General
    7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
    7.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, incomplete, or invalid entries due to technical or other issues.
    7.3 By entering the prize draw, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions.
    7.4 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
